DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to secure design services. The balance is due
upon notification of project completion and prior to release of deliverables or site launch as appropriate. Work product
will not be released to any client without full payment
unless other payment arrangements have been made and
agreed upon prior to start of project. Cancellation with
refund up to 48 hours after signed proposal /contract.
All fees are outlined in detailed fee estimates. It’s our goal to provide “cost effective” design solutions. We offer bundle service discounts and provide both packaged and custom design service offerings. We can discuss budgetary concerns and will work with clients to meet their budget conscious requests. As an established business we work to satisfy our clients needs as well as to provide for the needs of the business.
Deesignz offers consultations to ascertain client needs, set goals, and design a best practice approach. Consultations are scheduled for one hour and are recorded to capture discussion dynamics. A copy of the recording and a written assessment with next step recommendations are provided as a part of the consulting package. The fee for the initial consult is $125 which can be applied to the project service offering. Consultations must be scheduled in advance and payment due prior to the scheduled call.
The project scope is outlined in the proposal in detail.
The quoted fees are directly related to the outlined
scope of the project. Any changes, additions, modifications
the project will affect cost. Any changes that have been
discussed and agreed upon should be added to the original
proposal that will reflect the new changes. This avoids

For the most prompt response, please email our office. PLEASE compile
communications in as few emails as possible so we can more readily address them. Excessive emails
slow production schedules. Compiling your requests
allows the design process
to work efficiently and support timely turnarounds.
Website clients with maintenance agreements must submit updates at least 5 business days prior
to post date. Clients without technical or maintenance agreements fall under the same guidelines and protocols as a new project and must submit a request for quote and a fee estimate will be forwarded.
Monday - Thursday: 10 am – 6 pm, Friday: 10am - 3pm
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Artwork will be provided via the client. Use of stock
photography will incur additional cost to be absorbed
by the client.
All artwork must be client owned artwork or “purchased” artwork.
Deesignz will not use unauthorized artwork.
Are determined as a part of every project scope. Client response is also a factor for well-managed turnaround and completion timeines.
Deesignz may impose a fee for rushprojects
with deadlines of 5 business days or less. In the case of a rush job
information must be provided at the time of job request in its final state.
All fees associated with the rush
must be paid in full before the project is released .
Project deliverables include press or web ready digital files.
Deesignz retains ownership of all tools, methodologies
and intellectual capital
during the fulfillment of each design request. Source documents may
be provided at an additional cost and must be communicated
onset of the project.
